i'm almost 23 and i already have slight naso-labial lines by my nose (i smile a lot) and some undereye wrinkles/creases.. :(

any creams or facial washes to reduce these that you would recommend?

I'm 17 and I have these really ugly bags under my eyes. It's not from lack of sleep, I've gotten plenty of sleep and they don't go away. I've tanned to get rid of them, doesn't work. They are dark and like a purpley color .. not attractive. I've tried different types of concealer, even the green one and then applying foundation. Any tips? TIA

Are there any legitimate, inexpensive ways to get rid of under eye bags?

I've been using Preparation H and it doesn't seem to be working. I don't know if it's expired or what, but it's no good.

I'm only eighteen, I get enough sleep, and I'm poor. So yes... HELP.
